Challenge

 We were tasked with rebranding more than 30 gas stations in East Texas to Exxon/ Mobil that had successfully transferred from other brands. We prepared the stations to meet Exxon/ Mobil standards, which means we changed everything brand-related.

Process

The J&A Signs team refaced y/o changed the cabinets for the canopies signs, redecorated gas pumps, painted canopies, refaced y/o changed all the structure of the monuments signs, converted fluorescent fixtures to LED lighting systems, replaced the canopies lighting and also installed and configured LED gas price signs. This created a completely updated look for all locations.

As we implement these changes, we face different challenges, such as adapting, reusing, and/or integrating the previous brand’s structures.

Results

As a result of the visual solutions used, the businesses saw rapid success and immediately achieved their conversion targets.

We have had the pleasure of successfully completing a number of rebranding projects of this type over the years as well as full branding projects that we have undertaken in the past. This is a testament to the expertise and credentials we have obtained in this field.
