Boxer Property is a very successful Real Estate company that manages properties in several states throughout the country. We were asked to provide an integrated and cost-effective solution to light three pylon signs located at the La Gran Plaza of Fort Worth with LED lighting.

Process

In order to prepare a full diagnostic, we schedule a site inspection. As a result of our visit, our specialists prepared a complete report with multiple recommendations. This report was sent to the operations manager for discussion of the most cost-effective solution. As soon as our project manager received the final approval, the project was scheduled. During the course of a few days, we began cleaning all three structures. Circuits, sockets, ballasts, and any other elements that could affect the brightness or cause shadows, dots, etc., were removed.

Results

Our solution provides a modern design and a significant power reduction of 60% in his current electricity bill, utilizing high-quality aluminum bars, LED modules, power supplies, and electrical fixtures.
